Dr. Pinto has completed several residencies in Albany, NY, including a residency in Internal Medicine from 1986 to 1989 and an Ophthalmology residency at Albany Medical College. He holds licenses to practice medicine in both New York and California.

Currently, Dr. Pinto serves as Secretary and Treasurer of a private practice in Ophthalmology.
